Noble’s Pond Welcomes New Team Members
Active adult community growing with 4 new professionals
Noble’s Pond in Dover, Delaware is kicking off the new year by adding new talent to its administrative team. The award-winning active adult community welcomes four professionals who bring a wealth of experience in real estate, customer service and design.
Noble’s Pond vice president Justin Olear explained, “We’re delighted to introduce team members whose skills and talents are a great fit for our growing community.”
Katelyn Folker, Online Concierge, will be the voice of Noble’s Pond to prospective residents and others. An experienced customer service professional, Katelyn will respond to emails and calls, provide requested information and schedule community tours (people rave about them by the way!).
Joie Larosa, Design Consultant, brings years of experience in residential design to her new position. She will work with residents to personalize their new homes, guiding them through selections at the Noble’s Pond Design Studio. Joie holds a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering and studied interior design at the Fashion Institute in New York.
Jesula Petit-Frere, Housing Consultant, looks forward to telling the Noble’s Pond story to prospective homeowners, helping them select and purchase their new home. Jesula is an experienced customer service professional with degrees in healthcare and business.
Olley Strong, Housing Consultant, has worked in new home sales for leading national homebuilders. He will use his experience, plus a degree in business and marketing to help make buying a Noble’s Pond home efficient and stress-free.
