IBS Awards 2020: The Week Noble’s Pond Became a Household Name
This year’s Design and Construction Week (DCW) was one to remember for the Noble’s Pond family. Over 50,000 industry leaders gathered in the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas, for the main event of DCW, International Builders Show (IBS) 2020. IBS is the largest annual light construction show and is organized by the National Association of Home Builders.
At this year’s show, held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from January 21-23, we’re proud to say Noble’s Pond took home took home 8 honors — across multiple categories — in recognition of the community’s innovation in design, homebuilding and lifestyle choices for active adults ages 55+. The panel of judges, consisting of many of the leaders and influencers in home building, were blown away by our community’s inventive home designs, which merge together modern style with practical sensibility, durability and an unmatched attention to detail.
But what really impressed the judges was our philosophy of putting homeowners first and the ways in which we collaborate with the members of our community to create a homeowner-driven lifestyle unique to Noble’s Pond. We don’t take comfort and customization lightly. We work closely with homeowners to bring their dream homes to life and have found ways to make the impossible possible when it comes to building new homes in the community. With seemingly infinite ways to personalize, each home has its own unique charm to match its owner’s visions for dynamic living.
There’s a special emphasis on lifestyle at Noble’s Pond, something that was evident to our peers at IBS 2020. The layout of the neighborhood is most favorable for socialization with elements of small-town charm and familiarity present throughout and amenities that complement our homeowner’s lifestyles at every corner. The Point — our community’s 35,000 sq. ft Clubhouse, Fitness and Wellness Centers, outdoor Swimming Pool, Conservatory, Billiards and Game Room, Community Garden, Putting Green and neighborhood Lake are among the amenities that made IBS attendees and judges say “wow” during this year’s show.
“We’ve worked tirelessly to build Noble’s Pond into one of the leading 55+ community’s in Delaware,” said Harry Miller III, Founder and Principal of Regal Builders, Inc., Noble’s Pond’s developer. “But after IBS 2020, I’m confident that we’re now among the leading community’s in the country!”
With so many awards, our team members almost didn’t have enough hands to bring them all back home. But just like with homebuilding, we found a way to make it happen. And while the recognition is flattering, the validation that’s most important to us is the one from our current and future homeowners. We’ve always known our mission: to build remarkable homes at a remarkable value. Now, the world knows it too.
