Four Noble’s Pond homeowners shared their seasonally decorated homes with webinar attendees as part of the Holiday Parade of Homes virtual event. They welcomed the opportunity to showcase their Regal Builders-built homes that were customized to each of their unique and personalized styles. Three out of the four homeowners enjoy owning the Harrington home plan, but as shown through the webinar, no two homes at Noble’s Pond are alike. 

Homeowner Debbie shared that she uses her Flex Room as her dedicated office space. She chose the Harrington as her home plan because it was the right size for her. She entertains friends and family, while still being part of the action with the open-space concept. What she loves most about living at Noble’s Pond is her neighbors, there is always something to do, and most importantly, she appreciates saving on taxes by living in Delaware, allowing her to do more fun things at and around the community!  

The next homeowner, Terry, is the only homeowner featured during this event who chose the Greenwold home plan. Her personality and style shines through her home with the custom features and bright colors throughout.  It was important to them to have ample space to accommodate their 12-person table, so customizations were a must. They worked with Regal Builders to come up with the perfect layout to meet their needs. 

Homeowner Nanci and her husband decided on the Harrington as her home plan of choice. They liked the fact that if they wanted to expand their home, they were able to. They added a 4 Seasons Room and a screened porch with windows so they could expand their entertainment area. Nanci also loved the fact that Regal Builders was flexible in design choices, which she noted other communities she found were not. This sealed the deal for them to call Noble’s Pond home.  

The final featured homeowner, Ilene also chose the Harrington home plan because she loves to cook and entertain in her gourmet kitchen. She even customized her pantry, by adding a beautiful etched glass door to complete the look she was going for.
