Noble’s Pond Homeowners Celebrate the Holidays
Homeowners at Noble’s Pond are getting into the spirit of the holidays! With fun and entertaining activities happening at the community, the joy and laugher is all around. This holiday season, we share with you some of the activities that are taking place!
Holidays at the Clubhouse
If there’s one thing that our homeowners love, it’s all the activities that they can participate in. They regularly get together at the Clubhouse for different occasions throughout the year, but none is more festive than the holiday season. With a Holiday Gala Concert by the Noble’s Pond homeowners’ group, Noble Voices, guests were treated to a concert of angelic voices and spirited songs. Homeowners also gathered for the annual Holiday Celebration Dinner and Dance where they feasted on delicious foods while dancing the night away! The Clubhouse is the spot where homeowners know they can go for a fun and memorable evening with other homeowners. New friendships are formed and old friends gather to create new memories that will last a lifetime.
Spirit of Giving
Noble’s Pond is known for their philanthropic activities. Homeowners love to dedicate their time and give donations to charities that are dear to their hearts. One of the annual activities they participate in is Joey’s tree and the collection of LEGO Bricks that will be distributed to local hospitals to brighten young patients’ spirits this holiday. Homeowners also partnered to support children in need within all of Kent County through the Capital School District. The Noble’s Pond community continues in this spirit of giving through their own efforts by bringing food to the local Food Bank, gathering items for the USO, coat drives and so much more.
Decorations All Around
And of course there’s the decorating! Homeowners gathered to transform the Clubhouse into a Winter Wonderland with lights and pine covered wreaths. Decorating the trees is the best part when deciding where to place ornaments so they can show off their beauty and be in awe of those who pass by. Homeowners also participate in a decorating contest to show off their beautifully decorated homes. They turn their homes into living gingerbread houses by decorating them with sparkling decorations, colorful lights and signs of holiday cheer. Santa has also been known to make a visit to these homes and you might even spot him along the way!
As we embrace the season of giving, we look forward to the additional ways our homeowners give back to those in need.
