Summer Kicked Off with Community-Wide Event
Noble’s Pond recently hosted a spectacular Summer Lovin’ Tour, inviting guests to discover the abundance of offerings within our community. With an impressive turnout of over 100 attendees, guests had the freedom to embark on their own personalized adventure, hopping on and off a convenient shuttle bus to explore various stops and indulge in exciting activities.
Underneath the warm sun and accompanied by delightful tunes, our guests were treated to an authentic firsthand experience of the dynamic and active 55+ lifestyle that thrives within Noble’s Pond. At each stop, they had the opportunity to enjoy engaging activities and immerse themselves in the amenities available.
Additionally, this exclusive tour provided a chance to explore the exceptional home options offered by our esteemed builders, Regal Builders and Wilkinson Homes. Guests were able to witness the remarkable craftsmanship and innovative designs firsthand, gaining valuable insights into the exceptional living spaces that await within our community.
The Summer Lovin’ Tour kicked off with an exciting visit to the Community Clubhouse, where eager attendees checked in and boarded the bus that would guide them through the areas of Noble’s Pond. Each guest received a comprehensive map detailing the route’s stop options. The energy soared further at the Clubhouse with a captivating “Get Movin'” dance presentation as well as a Zumba Gold presentation, igniting a burst of enthusiasm and keeping everyone active and engaged. To complement the ambiance, a talented guitar player serenaded the gathering, creating a truly memorable experience. Outside, guests could find a “Coffee & Cars” gathering, where attendees had the opportunity to savor a cup of their favorite brew while admiring an impressive display of classic automobiles from homeowners.
Guests were invited to leisurely explore the Model Home by Wilkinson Homes, and the Welcome Village by Regal Builders. At these stops guests could learn more about each builder’s build process and available homesites.
The Wine Club, Veterans Association Homeowner groups and other homeowners were also present to share some insights over fresh cookies and wine. These homeowner groups play a vital role in fostering connections, transforming neighbors into lifelong friends, and uncovering new hobbies and interests within the community.
Attendees also enjoyed each builder’s Hard Hat Tours, where attendees delved into each unique construction process and witnessed homes currently under construction. The experience of seeing homes in progress ignited the imagination, offering a glimpse of the endless possibilities when designing a Dream Home with the builder of their choice.
